Paddle boarding has surged in popularity recently - once you have given it a go you will understand why as it's great fun! Stand up paddle boarding is one of the best full body workouts and can burn more calories in an hour than most sports due to the combination of strength, balance, core and endurance. Whether you are looking to explore the river solo, as a couple or in a group - Float is ready for you.

An hours hire will allow you to take in the local section of the river. 2 Hours or more will give you plenty of time to explore the beautiful scenary of the upper sections of the Hamble River. Also longer sessions give you the opportunity to paddle to the pub for food and drinks if desired.

 

We will provide the Paddleboards, paddles and buoyancy aids.

Parking - £2.50 per car. (Please ensure you book parking at time of booking so we can reserve your space as parking is limited during busy periods. Anyone failing to do so may not be able to park onsite and late arrivals will not be rescheduled or refunded)

What you will need:

• Towel

• Change of Clothes (incase you get wet - we do not offer changing facilities)

• Valid form of id (passport/driving license)

• Suncream

• Footwear you can get wet as we request everyone to protect their feet when launching from the slipway

Important Information:

 

Sessions are charged on a PER PADDLEBOARD basis and limited to one person per Paddleboard.

Paddleboard's 12+ years and under 18's must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

During hire you will be liable for any loss or damage of equipment.
